FROM VENICE "MARCO POLO" AIRPORT TO PIAZZALE ROMA :

You have various solutions according to your budget :

1) Cheap = BUS :
There are 2 types of busses that leave from the airport, take the first one you see as they have different schedules, either service run all day.
- ATVO private line : Take the direct BLU bus to Venice Piazzale Roma. The cost per person luggage included is 3.00 Euros. The trip takes 20 minutes. For schedules and more information ATVO
- ACTV public line : Take the ORANGE buss N°5 to Venice Piazzale Roma. It makes various stops, and the trip takes 25 minutes. The cost of the ticket is 1 Euro per person and 1 Euro per luggage if rigid and bigger then 50cm x 50cm. Hand luggages like trolleys and soft bags don't pay. For schedules and more information ACTV

2) Expensive = TAXI :
- WATER TAXI : You may take the water taxi from the airport directly to the door of the Hotel "Locanda Salieri". The cost is approx. 70/80 Euros per taxi and takes 20 minutes (for 12/14 personnes the price may climb to 100 Euros per taxi) -Go to the water taxi ticket booth inside the airport. Then go out the glass doors where you have the busses and road taxis, you will find a little free bus called "shuttle" which will take you to the parking of the water taxis called "Darsena". There you will find you watertaxi reserved. Our advice : worth the cost for groups over 8 persons
- ROAD TAXI : It will cost you about 30 Euros and will take you to Piazzale Roma (just like the busses). The only difference is that when you go out of the airport, the taxis are on your left ready for you to go. The trip is the same as for the busses. Our advice : take the bus !

FROM TREVISO AIRPORT TO PIAZZALE ROMA :
- ATVO private line: Direct blu bus to Venice Piazzale Roma. It is a private company called ATVO, the cost per person luggage included is 4.50 Euros. The trip takes 55 minutes. For schedules and more information ATVO
- RYAN AIR traveller's have bus connections to Piazzale Roma corresponding to flights arrivals in Treviso. The same is valid for the return to the Tréviso airport. For schedules and more information ATVO/RYAN AIR


From Piazzale Roma to the Hotel : Hotel "Locanda Salieri" is situated just 3 minutes walking distance from Venice Piazzale Roma. Piazzale Roma is the Main parking for cars, terminal for busses and taxis and has it's vaporetto stop (water bus) called "Piazzale Roma". To go to the Hotel "Locanda Salieri" from Piazzale Roma, we suggest you to follow the red arrows in our well detailed map.
