what time can we check-in and out?
Check In is at 12.00 am - Check Out
is at 10.30 am. - If
my arrival time is before the check-in or I leave after the check-out, have you
a deposit for my luggages?

How do I confirm my Reservation request ?
We ask for valid credit card
details to guarantee your reservation we have either secure form or you can send
a fax. Your cardi card is
not in any case used for payment unless you specifically
ask us to charge it for a gift or for other reasons. - Is
it possible to cancel my reservation ?
Cancellation is possible without
any fee 72 hours before date of arrival. After we need to charge the 1st night.
We ask you to please advise us as soon as possible should you have any problems
in keeping your reservation. We are a very small hotel and this will allow us
to resell the room and to not apply any no show fee to you! Thank you. - Is
the price per room or per person?
The price is always per room. - Is
breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, continental
breakfast is included in the price. - Is
heating included in the price?
Yes, it is included. - Can
we settle the bill on arrival, when should we pay ?
You may settle bill
on arrival. We ask for payment the day before departure to avoid any problems
with early check out and credit cards. - Which
languages are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish and Italian.
- How many floors
are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are three floors and there is not an elevator. - Are
there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are very quiet and
were completely remodelled in Feb 2004. We have a romantinc views on the canal,
the Tolentini Church and the roofs of Venice. - Are
linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide them.
- Do the rooms have
a terrace/courtyard?
No, there are no terraces. - Do
the rooms have a balcony?
Yes, there are some rooms with balcony. - Do
you have non smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non smoking. - Is
there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms?
Yes, there is a
direct dialling telephone in every room. - Can
I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room?
Yes,
you can. we have an internet jack in every room. - Is
there air conditioning in the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it
seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge - yes is
is seasonal, at hotelliers discretion (usually from 15th of June until 15th of
September) - Is
parking or garage available?
We do not have private parking but we are
located just 3 minutes from Piazzale Roma main parking : see our page :

In Piazzale Roma, just 3 minutes from the Hotel, you

Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondola
Station?
In San Tomà / It is 10 minutes walking distance, walking around
in Venice, you will see many gondoliers available for a tour you do not need to
go specifically in a station. - Which

(Public Transport) station?

Yes, there is a very good restaurant,
with a very nice garden were you can eat in spring/Summer. You will have a 10%
discount coming from Locanda Salieri. - How
far away is the beach?
The beach is 2 km away, 40 minutes by vaporetto.
